Master and doctoral students studying a wide variety of disciplines — from business, communication, community engagement and education to engineering, environmental studies, health care, psychology and screenwriting — presented their research March 30 at the Second Annual Graduate Students Conference at Point Park University.
Alumna Kimberly Rassau, Ed.D., earned a B.A. in communications and an M.A. in curriculum and instruction from Point Park University, and was recently named executive director of the Bidwell Training Center.

Point Park University’s fully online Master of Education in athletic coaching program recently was recognized by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association as one of only four universities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania — and the only one in Western Pennsylvania — to offer PIAA approved courses.

Assistant Principal Shannon Howard, Ed.D., earned a principal certificate from Point Park in 2005 and later returned to the University to earn a doctoral degree in leadership and administration in 2018.
