What factors led you to pursue a degree in multimedia from Point Park?
The University’s commitment to provide the most up-to-date technology, small class sizes and downtown connections were deciding factors in pursuing a multimedia degree here at Point Park.
Tell us about the work you do as an intern with Schneider’s Dairy.
A typical day at Schneider’s Dairy consists of introducing creative ways to bring a fresh look to its social media accounts, growing engagement on these platforms, and exploring the process of promotional production through both design and photography. Keeping Schneider’s brand standards consistent throughout all the content I produce is a top priority.
How have Point Park’s classes and faculty helped you excel in this internship?
Point Park's classes and faculty helped me excel in this internship by preparing me with a diverse skill set that has instilled confidence in my abilities to succeed at Schneider’s. Classes such as Video Production, Social Media Practices and Advertising Layout have helped with the development of transferable skills. The frequency of group collaboration is exceptional practice for working effectively with a team.

What are your career goals?
My career goals include continuing to freelance, working at an advertising agency and possibly pursuing UI/UX design.
