Professor Presents Workshops in Spain for International Women's Day Monday, March 14, 2016
As part of a series of events honoring International Women's Day, Point Park University Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership Helena Knorr, Ph.D., presented the following workshops at the University of Valencia in Valencia, Spain, March 3-4.
- "Development, Integration and Evaluation of Leadership and Entrepreneurship Competencies for 21st Century Across the Curriculum, Programs and Degrees"
- "Women in Engineering: Strategies and Best Practices for Professional Development"
Additionally, several local news media outlets in Valencia interviewed Knorr during her visit.
Knorr is an executive coach for women globally and serves as a reviewer and consulting editor for several peer-reviewed journals and professional organizations. She is director of the Global Entrepreneurship Program for Women in Latin America and also works as a global consultant for The People Company, International in Pittsburgh hiring high-level executives in four continents.
