Feb. 23, 2025
Reconnect and meet with fellow alumni and University staff and leadership. This event will take place during the Pirates' spring training home opener at LECOM Park in Bradenton, Florida. Enjoy a great game, some ballpark food, and a cool beverage! Registration is required.
School of Communication New York City Happy Hour

Join the School of Communication as they host an Alumni Happy Hour from 5 to 7 p.m. at Phebe’s Tavern and Grill. Here's a chance for alumni to reconnect with their alma mater, meet current students, and reminisce with School of Communication faculty and staff. Registration is required.

A special reception and performance by Point Park’s very own Dave Droxler ‘01, took place in the Pittsburgh playhouse. He performed his autobiographical play, Robin & Me: My Little Spark of Madness.
Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra Holiday Concert Happy Hour

The University celebrated the holiday season with music and food! The event was held at the Pittsburgh Playhouse where cocktails and appetizers were served. A holiday gift basket was auctioned to one lucky winner. Following the happy hour, attendees enjoyed the playing of Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra Holiday Concert.
Day of Giving

Point Park University Day of Giving is a 24-hour celebration of community and philanthropy. Our goal is to come together for One Big Day as One Big Team to receive the generosity of hundreds of donors to support the University and our students. This past Day of Giving, we raised over $260,000 from 400+ donors! Thank you, donors, for showing Pioneer Pride and giving back.
Homecoming Weekend

Point Park alumni joined the University’s for a memorable Homecoming weekend! This weekend was filled with opportunities to reconnect, cheer on our sports teams, and celebrate the legacy of Point Park University.
Picklesburgh Alumni Fun Day

Alumni, students, and festival goers joined us for a day of fun at Picklesburgh! Past pioneers got caught up on the latest and upcoming events with the Alumni Association. Athletics and university employees spoke about their new programs coming this Fall 2024. Cocktails and mocktails from Wigle Whiskey were served and music for all attendees.
Senior Showcase & Happy Hour in NYC

This event was held in NYC to support our performing arts seniors and to have students connect with alumni. Happy Hour took place at Hurley's Saloon in the evening. Afterwards the group headed to the theater for the Senior Showcase performance.
