Re:       COVID-19 Communications for Student Workers

As a follow up to the message sent from me earlier today, please see the following information regarding student workers.

 Effective immediately:

• Point Park facilities and operations will remain open.
• All Point Park student workers may continue to work, if they so choose. Please notify the University of your intentions by using this form. 

The status of these measures will be evaluated every two weeks.

Point Park recognizes such steps will prompt many questions and cause disruption. We ask for everyone to accommodate these changes, engage in and support appropriate personal health measures, support other Point Park community members, and frequently check the university’s COVID-19 website for updated information.

In limited situations, remote work may be approved for student employees. Please consult with your supervisor, complete the form above, and receive approval from Jessica Ureste in Human Resources before completing any remote work.

Please note, these steps only apply to students who work for and are paid by Point Park University.  If you work on campus for another organization (ie Culinart or the Bookstore), please contact your supervisor for more information.
