The Point Park Sports Business Camp provides you with three days of learning about exciting careers working for the Pirates, Penguins, Steelers, Riverhounds and more. Each day, you’ll learn about the business of sports from professionals from local sports teams.
Point SPARK Entrepreneurship Camp: July 9 - 11, 2025
Through hands-on workshops, interactive activities, and mentorship sessions, participants will embark on a journey of exploration, creativity, and collaboration.
This summer, devote three days to engaging with the local Pittsburgh community by partnering with nonprofit organizations! Students will participate in volunteer projects both on- and off-campus each morning and spend each afternoon developing their own ideas to help the community.

Explore the world of Sports Broadcasting through a three-day camp hosted by the School of Communication and the Pittsburgh Pirates Radio and Television Play-By-Play Announcer Greg Brown.
Choreography Collective: July 6 - 12 and July 27 - August 2, 2025
Emerging choreographers are invited to create in a stimulating, supportive, and rewarding environment of dance-making. Daily sessions include movement studies, educational explorations, and studio lab time.
International Summer Dance: June 15 - July 26, 2025
The International Summer Dance program welcomes talented dancers from across the country and around the globe. Join us in this rigorous program with celebrations of myriad cultures united through the love of dance! Our program specializes in three styles - Ballet, Jazz and Modern.
Summer Dance Workshop is a dance intensive designed to build a students' technique, etiquette, and choreography comprehension. The curriculum includes daily technique classes in ballet, jazz and modern. One additional supplemental class with also be offered.

STEAM Design & Engineering Camp: July 27 - August 1, 2025
This week-long program is an immersive, hands-on experience in human-centered design and engineering. Throughout the camp, students will be challenged to think creatively, develop problem-solving skills, and explore innovative design solutions using cutting-edge technology

Learn the process and fundamentals of 2D character animation at Point Park University. Students will explore this art form by using industry-standard software and facilities to make their own animations. This class culminates in a screening of all final projects for family and friends.
Want to learn how to animate, model, light, texture, or perhaps how to destroy things in 3D using simulations? This is a great opportunity for students to get a start on their animation education. At the close of this program, family and friends will be invited to join us for a project screening.
This is an introduction to the basic principles and practices of cinema production. Students will learn the fundamentals of single-camera production including the basic aesthetic and technical aspects of producing, directing, editing and cinematography.
At this one-week screenwriting intensive, students will be immersed in all elements of storytelling. Students will create their own unique script, collaborate with fellow writers, and depart with the narrative tools to be successful in the evolving multi-platform storytelling world.

Musical Theatre Summer Intensive: July 6 - 18, 2025
Point Park University's Musical Theatre Summer Intensive offers a comprehensive and immersive experience for aspiring performers. This two-week program provides students with rigorous training in acting, singing, and dance, preparing them for potential careers in musical theatre.
