Join us on Friday, March 14, 2025 for the Men Against Sexual Violence conference, hosted by Point Park University’s It’s On Us. This event will bring together men from all walks of life to discuss how we can work together to prevent sexual violence, foster healthy masculinity, and support survivors. The conference will feature workshops, expert panels, and opportunities to take actionable steps toward creating a safer, more respectful campus community.

Call for Speakers and Panelists
We are seeking dynamic and knowledgeable speakers and panelists for the upcoming Men Against Sexual Violence conference at Point Park University, hosted by It’s On Us. This event will focus on engaging men in the conversation around preventing sexual violence, promoting healthy masculinity, and supporting survivors. If you are passionate about creating safer communities and advocating for gender equity, we encourage you to apply!
The conference will include keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and panel discussions to:
- Educate men on their role in preventing sexual violence.
- Encourage open dialogue about masculinity, consent, and bystander intervention.
- Provide practical strategies for supporting survivors and fostering a respectful campus culture.
We Are Seeking:
- Speakers: Experts on topics like sexual violence prevention, healthy masculinity, bystander intervention, and supporting survivors.
- Panelists: Advocates, community leaders, survivors (if comfortable sharing), and professionals who can contribute to discussions on men’s roles in challenging gender-based violence.
Topics of Interest Include (but are not limited to):
- Redefining masculinity and promoting healthy gender norms.
- Bystander intervention strategies to prevent sexual violence.
- Men as allies: How men can support survivors of sexual violence.
- Creating safer campus environments through prevention efforts.
- Engaging men in the fight against gender-based violence.

- Session proposal or panel interest: Describe what topic you would like to present or discuss.
