Meditative Hand-Stitching is a relaxing process to create small hand-stitched collages, using a variety of threads and fabric swatches. Meditative hand-stitching is not perfectionistic, may be artistic and can be done anywhere, anytime. Meditative hand-stitching is focused on the process rather than the end result. (Revilla, 2022)
