"Participating in the Juried Art show has provided me with real-world experience in managing exhibition details and working collaboratively to bring a professional event to life. As a photographer, this experience has strengthened my ability to present my work, from producing high-quality prints to framing and displaying my photography in a gallery setting."

The work of 13 Point Park University students will be celebrated at A Space for Trust, the eighth annual Juried Art Exhibition. The event will be held March 6-13 at Artists Image Resource and is free and open to the public.

Curated by local photographers Sue Abramson and Jake Reinhart, A Space for Trust explores the themes of trust and connection through 33 selected works. Each piece offers a window into the artists’ inner worlds, where personal challenges and reflections take shape through their creative processes.

This exhibition not only highlights the distinct creative voices of individual artists but also reflects the collective voices of students from a variety of majors including photography, film production, public relations, advertising and social media, multimedia, dance and broadcasting. By bringing together these varied perspectives, the exhibition serves as a platform for Pittsburgh’s next generation of artists to present their work, engaging the public in a conversation about contemporary expression and emerging creative narratives.
