As part of their practicum course, four Point Park University students gained professional experience providing communications services to the City of Pittsburgh for the annual Inclusive Innovation Summit March 28-30. Known as the Point Park Street Team, the students roles included public relations manager, media liaison and videographer and editor.
Broadcast reporting major Kimberly Keagy is studying at the Institute of Political Journalism during her internship with Al-Arabiya News Channel in Washington, D.C.
