Acting Pre-Screen Submission Guidelines

Beginning September 1st, applicants may begin to submit pre-screen materials to getaccepted.com/pointpark.

Acting videos: Two contrasting, one-minute, memorized monologues from works of established playwrights, including at least one contemporary selection. The monologues should be realistic (no dialects and/or character voices). Please choose a character that is close to your age range.
Each monologue should be filmed/uploaded as a separate piece of media. No continuous videos. There should not be a separate “slate” video, rather slates are to appear at the beginning of each piece. The proper slate for a monologue is to share the title of the play and the playwright.
