The Urban Land Institute has completed a comprehensive study of Downtown Pittsburgh and the role that Point Park can play in the revitalization of this section of the city. In addition to releasing the full report to the public, on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, Point Park University, together with ULI and an esteemed panel of local experts, will present their respective reactions and recommendations to the ULI findings.
The ULI initially convened in Downtown Pittsburgh in late April. The weeklong engagement included an immersive walking tour of the campus and Downtown area, as well as a series of more than 75 stakeholder interviews.
