Shared Services Agreement for Chief of Police Services

Point Park University has entered into a shared services agreement with Carlow University for Chief of Police services, appointing Chief Jeff Besong to oversee public safety operations at both institutions. This partnership enhances campus security, strengthens inter-university collaboration, and optimizes resources to create a safer and more secure environment for students, faculty, and staff.

As part of this agreement, Chief Besong will serve as the Chief of Police for both universities, leading safety and security efforts across both campuses.
