When will my account be created?

For undergraduate students attending classes on campus, your Point Park University domain account (email account) will generate automatically once the university receives your deposit.

*Please allow 24 hours for the creation of the email. We will investigate if, after that time, the email still has not generated.

How will I be notified when my account is created?

Your account log on credentials (username and password) will be emailed to the address you provided on your application to the university. If you do not see an email from us, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

How do I access my account?

Access your email account at https://outlook.office.com or on the MyPointPark web page.

Once created, your Point Park email account will serve as the primary method of communication by the University.
