Strategic Planning Process Timeline 2022-2023

September- October 2022

• Studer Education & Point Park University to host discovery sessions with all university stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and administration.
• Sessions to include face-to-face, Zoom, and telephone options or alternatives needed by the discovery session facilitator. 

 

November 2022- February 2023

• Studer Education will work to establish a mission, vision, and values for Point Park University. 
• Studer Education will lead Point Park University groups to appropriate working channels regarding the facilitation of the first draft of the new strategic plan.  

 

May 2023

• Studer Education to lead Point Park University toward completion of the new strategic plan. 
• Provide the finalized plan to all University constituents.
