How to View and Pay Bill Online

For Students:

View Statement Online
To view your bill online:
  1. Log in to PointWeb
  2. Select the "Students" (top left)
  3. Select "Student Accounts" (on left)
  4. Select "Current Statement"
  5. Select "Generate Current Statement"
  6. Select "View Current Statement"
To view your bill online on mobile devices:
  1. Log in to PointWeb
  2. Select “Students” from the collapsed menu (upper left)
  3. Click the blue square in the lower left corner and select the “Menu” tab
  4. Expand “Student Accounts” and select “Account Info”
  5. Select "Current Statement"
  6. Select "Generate Current Statement"
  7. Select "View Current Statement"

Pay Online
To pay your bill online:
  1. Log in to PointWeb
  2. Select the "Students" (top left)
  3. Select "Student Accounts" (on left)
  4. Select "Pay and Manage Tuition Account"
  5. Select "Make a Payment"
  6. Make a payment using a credit/debit card or checking or savings account (eCheck)
To pay your bill online on mobile devices:
  1. Log in to PointWeb
  2. Select “Students” from the collapsed menu (upper left)
  3. Click the blue square in the lower left corner and select the “Menu” tab
  4. Expand “Student Accounts” and select “Account Info”
  5. Select "Pay and Manage Tuition Account"
  6. Select "Make a Payment"
  7. Make a payment using a credit/debit card or checking or savings account (eCheck)

For Authorized Parties:

Once your student adds you as an Authorized Party, log in to Nelnet Enterprise using your user name and password to view and pay the account.

For Guest Users:

A guest user does not need a username and password.  Guest users can make a payment on a student account, but do not have access to the student account statement. 

Guest Payment Online
To make a guest payment online:
  1. Go to PointWeb
  2. Select "Guest Login & Flex" under "Quick Links" on the left
  3. Select "Guest Login + Flex" 
  4. Enter the student's ID number and date of birth
  5. Select Payment Option
  6. Enter Payment Amount and Select Payment Method
  7. Follow prompts through completion
To make a guest payment online on mobile devices:
  1. Go to PointWeb.
  2. Click the blue square in the lower left corner and select the “Quick Links” tab
  3. Select "Guest Login + Flex" 
  4. Select "Guest Login + Flex" again
  5. Enter the student's ID number and date of birth
  6. Select Payment Option
  7. Enter Payment Amount and Select Payment Method
  8. Follow prompts through completion
