Background

Elisabeth A. Ehrlich, Ed.D., teaches undergraduate and graduate classes as a lecturer of education at Point Park University. While teaching at Point Park as a part-time instructor, Ehrlich was assistant superintendent for Clairton City School District. Before that, she was the elementary principal for Highlands School District. Ehrlich has also worked as a Title 1 Reading Teacher for Plum Borough School District, Franklin Regional School District, Norwin Area School District, Fox Chapel Area School District, Hempfield Area School District and Canadaigua City School District. Now, as a full-time instructor, Ehrlich is able to devote more attention and time to the students in her courses at Point Park. Topics of particular interest to her are: early childhood education, parent involvement, teacher leadership, school and district leadership development, and communication.
