Accessing Your Account While Traveling Abroad
For increased account security, university accounts will no longer be accessible from outside the United States without prior approval. To ensure uninterrupted access to your university account while traveling outside the United States, we have implemented a new Travel Abroad Account Access Request form.
What You Need to Know:
- If you plan to travel internationally, you must complete this form before you leave the country.
- Failure to submit the form may result in being locked out of your account while abroad.
1. Sign in to our service portal to access the Travel Abroad Account Access Request form.
2. Fill out the required fields, including your university ID, university email address, contact number, destination, and travel dates.
3. Submit the form at least 14 days before your departure to allow time for approval.
