Please plan to join us for this excellent opportunity to get all your graduation questions answered. Complimentary announcements and undergraduate honor cords will be distributed, and caps, gowns and class rings will be available for purchase.

Representatives from the Point Park offices below will be present to guide you through the graduation process.

Graduation is not an automatic process. After meeting with your academic advisor and it is determined you are nearing the completion of your degree requirements, a graduation application must be submitted before the deadline of your intended term of graduation. An audit of your academic progress will be completed by the Registrar's office. At that time, any issues will be reported to your advisor so they can review your audit with you. A failure to apply for graduation will delay the conferral of your degree and receipt of your diploma.

Career Development Center: Seniors attending the event are encouraged to bring their resumes and/or cover letters for review by a career counselor, who can also answer questions about job search strategies and services offered by the Career Development Center.
Cap & Gown Portraits: GradImages will have photographers at the Grad Fair to offer Cap & Gown portraits to be taken for eligible graduates. There is no sitting fee and no obligation to purchase. Regalia will also be provided. Additionally, interested students can also have professional headshots taken. For more information, click here for a detailed summary of the services they offer.

Cap and Gown Requirements

A cap and gown (and hood, if applicable) are required during the commencement and hooding ceremonies. These items can be purchased at the Graduation Fair and/or at the Point Park University Bookstore. Please follow the link below to order your regalia. Orders must be placed by March 27, 2024.

They will be available for purchase at the Graduation Fair. If you are unable to attend, please visit the Point Park University Bookstore or order online.

The deadlines are as follows for ordering regalia:

Sunday, March 17 for in-store pick ups.

Wednesday, March 27 for ship to home orders.
