What really goes on behind the scenes at Point Park University's Pittsburgh Playhouse?

Check out A Day at the Pittsburgh Playhouse, a must-see video by a team of Point Park technical theater/design students. The group worked with Master Electrician Scott Weston and Assistant Master Electrician Jeff Sherman to create the production for the "Show Us Your ETC" university contest sponsored by Electronic Theater Controls, an international lighting design and manufacturing company. The video provides a never-before-seen look at the lighting and electrics crew's work at the Playhouse.

Students Colleen Ryan, Lauren Brunson, Mike Papinchak, Kyle Simok and Matt Shearer produced the video. If they win the competition, Point Park gets a new lighting console for the performing arts center.
