Recent grad's photo named finalist in global contest Thursday, August 25, 2011
Abigail Neely, a 2011 photography graduate, earned a spot in the finalist group of Photographer's Forum magazine's 31st annual Spring Photography Contest. Her photo was taken during her internship at Father Ryan's Art Center.
The contest is open to amateur photographers around the world, and more than 14,000 photos were submitted. The finalist group featured the top 11 percent of the entries. The finalists' photos will be published in the hardcover book, Best of Photography 2011.
