Specifically for students who commute

Students who commute to Point Park’s campus in Downtown Pittsburgh approach school differently than students who live on campus — from arranging for transportation (bus, car, carpool, bike, walk) and parking to needing a locker, knowing where to eat and finding a place to relax before, after or between classes.

The Office of Commuter Affairs helps commuting students navigate their daily school life.

Basically, any student not living in a Point Park residence hall is considered a commuter student, whether you are a:

  • traditional-age student living at home or off campus (not living in an on-campus residence hall)
  • adult learner living off campus
  • graduate student
