Rowland School of Business Launches 4+1 Master's Program
"This fast-track opportunity will allow undergraduate Rowland School of Business students to start taking graduate-level classes once they reach senior status in their undergraduate degree program, enabling them to complete a graduate program in one year."
Starting Fall 2022, senior undergraduate students in the Rowland School of Business will have the option to take two core classes from one of the school's master's programs, enabling them to earn a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in as little as five years.
"The Rowland School of Business' mission is to help students realize their dreams by advancing their education and capturing opportunities in their chosen fields," said Archish Maharaja, CFP, CPA/PFS, Ed.D., professor of business and director of graduate programs for the school. "This fast-track opportunity will allow undergraduate Rowland School of Business students to start taking graduate-level classes once they reach senior status in their undergraduate degree program, enabling them to complete a graduate program in one year."
Point Park students may apply for the Early Start Master's Program at any point during their undergraduate studies.
How the Early Start Program Works
Select an undergraduate major:
- Accounting - Bachelor of Science and Post-Baccalaureate, offered on campus and fully online
- Applied Computer Science, offered on campus and fully online
- Business Administration, degree completion program offered on campus and fully online
- Business Management, traditional B.S. and post-baccalaureate offered on campus and fully online
- Economics and Finance, offered on campus
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation, offered on campus and fully online
- Human Resources Management, traditional B.S. and post-baccalaureate offered on campus and fully online
- Marketing and Sales, offered on campus and fully online
- Organizational Leadership, offered on campus and fully online
- Public Administration, offered on campus and fully online
- Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management, offered on campus
Next, select a graduate program:
- M.A. in Organizational Leadership, offered fully online
- MBA, offered on-site and fully online
- M.S. in Health Care Administration and Management, offered fully online
